Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ (/kælts/ /ˈqiwlɪ/ [indigo] [riot]) is a subtropical Town located in Azörschyra Parish, Madraměvì District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ was founded by Ůhú Gadshe, who was culturaly Constructi.

Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ is no diffrent. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Mount Doom, an iconic vista located neare Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ, proved to be volcanic when the mountain erupted. The eruption was isolated to the area around Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ, which was swallowed in ash, lava flows, and pyroclastic gasses. Fìkh Kælts Qiwlǐ lost 296 people, 289 livestock, and 68 buildings in the disaster. The event is forever remembered as the Day of Doom's Wrath.
